Cinnamon Bun Chocolate

Inspired by Scandinavian bakeries, this seasonal chocolate blends rich cocoa, warming cinnamon spice, topped with silky Cream Cheese Cold Foam.
Ingredients
22g House Choc (or Original Choc)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
230ml (alt) milk
Cream Cheese Cold Foam
Method
1. Steam the Chocolate
Steam the chocolate, cinnamon and milk together until silky and textured.
2. Finish
Top with Cream Cheese Cold Foam and finish with a dusting of cinnamon.
Cream Cheese Cold Foam
Combine 250ml (alt) cream with 60–100ml milk, adjusting to your desired thickness. Add 40–60g softened cream cheese and blend until smooth. Sweeten with 12–18g sugar syrup or vanilla syrup to taste, then finish with a pinch of salt.
