EUDR is a new piece of regulation that came into force in June 2023 (and will be enforced from 30/12/25) that requires companies importing certain goods, including cocoa, to prove that the products have not originated from recently deforested land or contributed to forest degradation.

We source our cocoa in partnership with ofi who already has in place; advanced mapping systems to monitor farms and programs to address and mitigate deforestation risk so we are safe in the knowledge that our cocoa is being responsibly sourced and EUDR compliant.
