Ordering

What is the minimum order amount?

The minimum order amount for wholesale is £60. Orders over £120 qualify for free delivery within the UK.

What payment options are available?

Blendsmiths offers “Pay Now” and “Pay by Invoice” options. New customers typically start with “Pay Now,” while returning customers can use “Pay by Invoice” with a 7-day payment term once financial history is established. Payments can also be made via PayPal or GoCardless Direct Debit.

Where do I find my order confirmation?

We’ll send you an email confirming your order and order number. Please check your junk folder if you don’t see it. Still struggling to find it? Get in touch!

Can I get a receipt for my order?

Yes! Send us an email with the order details, and we’ll provide the VAT receipt. You may also find your VAT reciept via your Xero email.

How are Blendsmiths products packaged?

Blendsmiths uses 100% recyclable packaging and prioritises sustainable practices, partnering with suppliers committed to ethical and eco-friendly production.

What is the Blendsmiths delivery process?

Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours when placed before noon. All orders should be received within 3 working days of dispatch. UK orders over £120 receive free delivery, while orders below this amount incur a courier fee of £7.49. International shipping is available, with quotes provided upon request.

Where is my order?

Are Blendsmiths products 'free-from'?

All products are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and crafted from natural ingredients.

Do Blendsmiths products contain allergens?

Our blends are free from common allergens such as gluten, dairy, and peanuts. Ingredients and allergen information for each blend are listed on our website under each product.

Storage & Preparation

How should I store Blendsmiths products?

To maintain freshness, store Blendsmiths products in a cool, dry place. If using our branded storage jars, ensure the bamboo lid is secured tightly to prevent exposure to moisture.

How should I prepare Blendsmiths blends?

Each blend is designed for easy preparation with a milk of your choice. Specific recipes are available on the packaging and website to help you achieve the ideal consistency and taste for each blend.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange a product?

Accidentally ordered the wrong thing? You can exchange the product as long as it is unopened and in its original pristine packaging. Get in touch with the team as soon as possible to arrange your exchange or return.

I have an order issue, what do I do?

If there is an issue with a Blendsmiths product or delivery upon arrival, please get in touch with our team as soon as possible. Our customers are so important to us, and we always want to make things right!

My address is wrong, can I change it?

No problem! Get in touch with the team as soon as possible, and we’ll change it. Our dispatch team is usually speedy, so please let us know as soon as you can.

Sourcing & Sustainability

What sustainability practices does Blendsmiths follow?

Blendsmiths supports sustainable cocoa sourcing from smallholder farms in West Africa and participates in the UN Global Compact to promote ethical practices in the supply chain. Initiatives include paying a premium to farmers, supporting community training, and working towards full traceability in cocoa production.

What ingredients are used in Blendsmiths products?

Blendsmiths uses premium ingredients with no fillers, gums or ingredients you can't pronounce! Each blend is crafted with natural sources like coconut sugar, ceremonial matcha, high-fat cocoa, and organic spices.

How will Blendsmiths be affected by EUDR?

EUDR is a new piece of regulation that came into force in June 2023 (and will be enforced from 30/12/25) that requires companies importing certain goods, including cocoa, to prove that the products have not originated from recently deforested land or contributed to forest degradation.

We source our cocoa in partnership with ofi who already has in place; advanced mapping systems to monitor farms and programs to address and mitigate deforestation risk so we are safe in the knowledge that our cocoa is being responsibly sourced and EUDR compliant.

 

From 2026 onwards shipments to the EU that contain chocolate products will need to be accompanied by a due-diligence statement.

Can I order samples before committing to larger quantities?

Yes - samples can be ordered for every blend. Simply add the sample size to your order. Alternatively, drop us an email and we can get samples out to you.
