How would I use the Collection Boxes?
Our collection boxes make great retail items, and consistently are one of our best-selling retail items. With 10 sachets in each box, they allow customers to explore the range and come back for more. Retail items also help increase basket spend in your cafe or shop.
Why are your products Powdered?
Being in powdered form means we don’t need emulsifiers or fillers often found in lower-quality chocolates.
The process for creating our cocoa powder follows several stages:
Cocoa pods are harvested, fermented, and dried by farmers.
Beans are cleaned, shelled, stabilised, roasted, and ground into cocoa liquor.
The liquor is pressed to separate cocoa butter from solids.
The remaining solids are milled into cocoa powder
Where is your Cocoa sourced from?
Our cocoa is sourced from West Africa, which produces around 75% of the world’s cocoa. We work with Olam Food Ingredients (Ofi), who partner with approximately 3 million smallholder farmers across key growing regions.
