Warming Guntur Chilli
Guntur chilli comes from the Andhra Pradesh region of India and is known for its deep red colour and bold heat. When paired with chocolate, sweetness softens the spice while cocoa and coconut fats help carry the warmth for a smooth, balanced finish.
How do you brew?
Blendsmiths Made Three Ways1. In a cup, mix your blend with a splash of hot water until smooth.
2. Steam your milk to flat white texture.
3. Pour milk into the blend and create your art!
Steamed Together1. Pour 220ml (alt)milk into a jug and add your blend on top.
2. Steam to your preferred temperature and pour into your cup.
Note: Some natural ingredients (like cinnamon) don’t fully dissolve. For a smoother texture, strain the drink before serving.
Iced1. Fill a cup with ice and half its volume with cold milk.
2. In a jug or bowl, whisk your blend with the remaining milk until smooth.
– For a bolder flavour, gently steam this mixture (warming helps release the ingredients’ full potential).
3. Pour over the iced milk and enjoy.

Tips, Tricks & AnswersOur cocoa is sourced from West Africa, which produces around 75% of the world’s cocoa. We work with Olam Food Ingredients (Ofi), who partner with approximately 3 million smallholder farmers across key growing regions.
West African cocoa offers:
- Quality and consistency – Reliable flavour profiles across large volumes, year-round.
- Supply and scalability – Stable production capable of meeting growing demand.
- Disease resistance and risk management – Varieties selected for resilience, helping protect long-term yields .
Single-origin cocoa can provide distinctive flavour, but is more vulnerable to seasonal variation and supply constraints.
Our chocolate contains just premium West African cocoa, sugar, and a pinch of salt - nothing else.
Being in powdered form means we don’t need emulsifiers or fillers often found in lower-quality chocolates.
The process for creating our cocoa powder follows several stages:
- Cocoa pods are harvested, fermented, and dried by farmers.
- Beans are cleaned, shelled, stabilised, roasted, and ground into cocoa liquor.
- The liquor is pressed to separate cocoa butter from solids.
- The remaining solids are milled into cocoa powder
Yes. All blends work well in both hot and iced drinks.
