Matcha Mojito Cloud

Vibrant matcha meets a zesty mojito-inspired foam with lime and mint floating over chilled coconut water for a refreshing layered drink.
Ingredients
½ cup ice
130ml coconut water
40ml heavy cream
25ml milk alternative (optional)
200ml milk, poured over ice
5ml lime juice
5ml clear mint syrup
2g Wakaba matcha
Method
1. Make the Foam
Combine the cream, milk alternative (if using), lime juice, mint syrup, and matcha in a jug.
2. Whisk
Beat with an electric whisk until thick, silky, and softly foamed.
3. Build the Drink
Fill a glass with ice and pour over the coconut water.
4. Finish
Gently spoon the matcha foam over the top and serve immediately.
