·       Stock Variety for Customer Choice: Our blends have long shelf lives, so if you have the space, offer your customers a variety of options. Providing choice not only appeals to those who enjoy trying something new but also ensures you have something for everyone, encouraging repeat visits.

·       Test New Blends: Unsure if a particular blend will resonate with your audience? Trial it as a special and gather feedback. This approach helps determine if it’s worth adding to your core menu.

·       Embrace Seasonal Trends: Switch things up with the seasons. Pumpkin Spice, for example, is a hit in Autumn, while our Chill’d blends are perfect for sunny days. Seasonal specials keep your menu fresh and appealing. Not sure what’s trending? Just ask us—we’re happy to help!

·       Hot or Cold Options: Many of our blends work equally well served hot or cold. Offering both options ensures you don’t miss out on customers who have specific preferences—like someone who drinks iced matcha even in the depths of Winter.

·       Pricing matters: Pricing can influence customer perception. Don’t shy away from making certain products more expensive to highlight their value—this can actually encourage customers to spend more. Remember, coffee shop visits are often about indulgence, not necessity.

·       Catchy Naming: Make your menu items stand out. A plain “hot chocolate” sounds nice, but a “Premium Hot Chocolate” sounds irresistible. Highlight details like cocoa percentages, origins of ingredients, or even create quirky names to add character to your menu.

·       Enticing Descriptions: If you have the space, include brief tasting notes to intrigue customers. For example, “Pink Chai - delicate beetroot notes with flavourful spices for a sweet, decadent, and comforting sip.” These small details can make all the difference, especially for unfamiliar products.

·       Toppings for Impact: Whipped cream and marshmallows are classics, but don’t stop there—get creative with toppings! Consider offering a “decked hot chocolate” as a separate product rather than as an add-on to encourage shy customers to try it.

·       Get creative with innovative Specials: Specials don’t have to mean new products. Get creative with your existing blends! Think Matcha White (matcha and white chocolate) or Chocolate Chai.
